Position Summary:

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate FNP looking to make a difference in the community. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals, and ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for patients over the age of 18.

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and manage chronic and acute illnesses.

• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.

• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain).

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

• Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in primary care, family medicine, or a related field preferred (new graduates with strong clinical experience will be considered).

• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
